Petit h returns to the Madison Avenue Boutique with a unique installation celebrating sustainability as a source of inspiration.
Hermès’ whimsical, eco-conscious design lab, Petit h, has returned to New York’s Madison Avenue boutique with an installation that feels equal parts gallery, playground, and workshop. With sustainability at its core, the Petit h collection turns leftover materials into treasures, and this latest event was a celebration of that creative process in full bloom.
Craft Meets Consciousness
Founded by Pascale Mussard in 2010 and now led by Godefroy de Virieu, Petit h is Hermès’ way of embracing a zero-waste future. Rather than simply recycling, the initiative reinvents—leather scraps become lanyards, broken porcelain is reborn as decor, and playful luxury is given a new life.

Designs With a Smile
With themes spanning nature, nostalgia, and everyday delight, the installation includes everything from mushroom-shaped fidget toys to owl-adorned leather boxes honoring Flaco, the Central Park escapee. It’s Hermès, but fun—and maybe a little irreverent.

Objects of Desire
Desk accessories, card holders, mirrors, and curiosities—every piece has a story. Whether you’re drawn to its clever craftsmanship or its mission of responsible creation, Petit h is a joyful and deeply Hermès expression of what luxury can be.
