Shipping time and handling vary for different items since they could be located in different warehouses in different countries.  Please see the "Shipping/Return/Exchange" tab in the product listing to see the exact details.

• We normally use EMS/SF Express (H.K. & China) and Fedex/UPS/DHL/EMS (Oversea) with tracking number.  
• For H.K. Buyers, there is no customs charge.
• For U.S. buyers, there is no customs charge for items up to US $1000 on our website. There might be a customs charge for items over US $1000.
• For EU Union buyers (28 Union Countries Only), there might be a 22% VAT.
• Other oversea buyers might be subject to customs charges. Buyer is responsible for it and please check with your country's customs for the exact fees.  If the buyer doesn't pay for the customs fee and item is returned, the buyer is responsible for any lost and fees involved.
• 14 day Return & Exchange
• Shipping might take longer for some countries & during holiday period and customs issues. eg: Shipping to Russia and China usually take a little longer.
• We can not ship Bric's products to USA, Canada, Australia and UK.
