Refund Policy

OFFLINE PURCHASE

  • Authenticity Guarantee: All items are guaranteed 100% authentic. If found otherwise, a full refund will be provided within 7 days.
  • Final Sale: No returns, refunds, or exchanges once the transaction is completed.
  • Inspection Required: Clients must carefully inspect item conditions and all accessories in person. All items are sold "as is."
  • No After-Sales Service: We do not provide maintenance or after-sales service for sold items.

ONLINE PURCHASE

Refunds
Once your return has been received and accepted by our warehouse, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs and Tax. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number. If we offer free shipping, we will deduct a standard shipping fee ($50 usd for item below $4000 usd and $100 usd for item from $4000 usd) from the refund amount.  If the customer doesn't collect the item for any reasons (eg: Tax/VAT/Duties related issues, no authorized recipient available, etc), the standard shipping fee listed above will be charged twice plus the customer is responsible for any additional fees (eg: Tax/VAT/Duties, insurance, etc) in the transaction.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are eligible, we will issue a refund to you.  We may be able to issue your refund as a store credit if you prefer; you can apply the store credit at checkout the next time you shop with us.

If you have paid other than using a US credit card or bank account and you have received a refund for an item, your bank or credit card issuer may have applied an international transaction fee which reduced the final amount received into your account.
These fees are not charged by Italy Station, so unfortunately we’re not able to refund them. For the fee reimbursement, you can discuss international transaction fees with your bank or credit card issuer.  They might be able to waive it.


Faulty items
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.

Some items are displayed at showroom and it can be purchased by any walk-in customers. We always try our best to update the online stock items and 99.9% are up-to-date; however, there is a chance that the item is not available after your purchase and we will refund to you asap.

Returns
We currently DON'T accept any returns for luggages due to high shipping and returning costs. 

Your returned item must arrive at the warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant warehouse within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We guarantee that our items are 100% authentic. If you still think the item is not authentic, we could ONLY accept a return if it's being authenticated by a reputable authentication company and prove that it's not authentic. Please contact us for any suggested authentication company before using it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the security tag is still on.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Tax & Duty 
For H.K. Buyers, there is no customs charge. For U.S. buyers, there is no customs charge for items up to $1150 on our website. Other oversea buyers might be subject to customs additional charges. Buyer is responsible for it and please check with your country's custom for the exact fees. We do not accept a return due to duty & tax charges.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if the security tag is still on. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kelly@italystation.com for returned details. * Exchange is allowed for 1 time only.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, please send us email at kelly@italystation.com for returned details. We will send you a shipping label for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 usd, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Preorder
For any preordered goods, if the items become unavailable for any reason, we will provide a full refund of the original deposit/payment. No additional compensation will be provided.
Once product availability is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Customers are required to make the full payment within 7 days after receiving our notification. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and we cannot guarantee product availability.

Lost/Missing Item 
We purchase full insurance and will try our best to file & follow the claim from the shipping carrier. We will refund the full money excluding shipping fee to you once we have received the reimbursement from the shipping carrier. If for any reason we fail the claim, unfortunately Italy Station is not responsible for the reimbursement/lost item.
