* We currently DON'T accept any returns for luggages due to high shipping and returning costs.

- For H.K. Buyers, there is no customs charge.
- For U.S. buyers, there is no customs charge for items up below US $1000 on our website. There might be a customs charge for items over US $1000.
- For EU Union buyers (28 Union Countries Only), there might be a VAT.
- Other oversea buyers might be subject to customs charges. Buyer is responsible for it and please check with your country's customs for the exact fees.

- Shipping might take longer for some countries & during holiday period and customs issue. eg: Shipping to Russia and China usually take a little longer.
