Boxcalf Resurgence
Boxcalf leather is making a strong comeback, particularly in black, but also in Rouge H and Vert Fonce. Birkins, Kellys, and Constances have all been spotted in Boxcalf, with a healthy mix of gold, palladium, and rose gold hardware options.
Hardware Trends
Gold hardware dominates this season across shades like Gold, Mushroom, Rouge H, and Vert Criquet. On the flip side, colors like Mauve Pale and Vert Fizz lean more toward palladium hardware. Noir, Craie, and Etoupe show balanced representation across all hardware finishes.
Birkin vs. Kelly
Kelly production outpaces Birkins slightly, thanks to the many variants of the Kelly silhouette (Mini, Pochette, Danse, Dépêches, etc.). Colors like Vert Comics, Etoupe, and Celeste favor Kellys, while Birkins are seeing more action in Gris Neve and Mauve Sylvestre.
Special Editions
- Multicolor Birkins: Notables include Gris Callilou/Gris Meyer and Bleu de Prusse/Rubis.
- Tricolor Kellys: Craie/Gold/Mauve Pale and Bleu de Prusse/Bleu Indigo/Noir have been sighted.
- Touch Bags: Available in Togo with lizard or crocodile accents across Birkins, Kellys, and Mini Lindy.
- Colormatic: Still available in Nata and Chai combos with bold accent panels.
- En Desordre: Craie and Vert Fizz are the highlights this season in this chaotic-yet-chic silhouette.

- Shadow Clutch returns in Swift leather in shades like Vert Yucca and Gold.
- Quelle Idole Picto resurfaces in Mauve Sylvestre.
- Bolide on Wheels appears in Bleu Saphir and Vert Fizz.
- Birkin Faubourg returns in Night (blue) and Winter (black) versions.
The 20cm Birkin
This elusive size has shown up in crocodile and lizard leathers in Noir, Vert d’Eau, and Gold—an ultra-rare sighting that’s creating a buzz among collectors.
Metallic Bags
